Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) has ridden the rhetoric of “change” to prominence in the Democrat nominating race. While calling for a new paradigm shift in governance, Obama acknowledged that it was Ronald Reagan, not Nixon, Carter, or Clinton, that embodied the last great change in the way America is governed.
